Henry Grant
Contracts Manager
Having grown up immersed in construction Henry went on to earn a BSc in Civil Engineering at Nottingham University. Following his studies, Henry spent a decade in London, gaining valuable experience with leading residential developers including Berkeley Homes and London Square. During this time, he contributed to several high-profile projects, notably the Star & Garter development in Richmond, high end residential townhouses, high rise flats and multi storey basement and leisure complexes.
Ian Barker

Ian began his career in estimating, surveying and purchasing in 1987, building his expertise working with several reputable contractors in Surrey, including Deeks & Steere, Plan Build, and Ghinn & Co, before joining K & M Grant Ltd in 2014. With over 35 years of experience, Ian provides clients with expert cost management, clear communication, and reliable advice at every stage of the project – helping to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
For nearly 40 years, Helen has been an integral part of K & M Grant Ltd, playing a key role in streamlining the Accounts function and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business – covering everything from tax compliance and HR responsibilities to office management and beyond.
Having studied a Bsc in Economics at Loughborough, Alice started her professional career as a conference producer within the wealth management sector where she remained for 10 years. In 2020, she joined K & M Grant Ltd, bringing her analytical background and financial insight to support the company's operations.
